Dealing with life’s challenges can be pretty draining. But thankfully, each week we get a chance to recharge our spiritual batteries. Sunday worship services help refocus our faith, connect with friends, and learn to be the best version of ourselves. In The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints, we do that through a Christ–centered two–hour program. First, the entire congregation meets for the sacrament—also known as the Lord’s Supper or Communion—and then listens to sermons given by members of the congregation. Then the congregation breaks into smaller groups for Sunday School. Visitors are always welcome. Want to know more?
