| Because of Him, She Could Ask for a Second Chance |
Holy Week begins with Jesus entering Jerusalem for the last time of His mortal life on Palm Sunday. But this was far from the first time He had been in the city. On a previous visit, Jesus was at a feast in Jerusalem when a woman entered and cried at his feet. She had made some wrong choices in her life. She could have let that hold her back, thinking herself beyond saving, as many at the feast seemed to have regarded her. But Jesus gave her the ability to see a future beyond her mistakes. Knowing her repentance was real, He forgave her, and showed that no matter what we’ve done, Jesus Christ wants us to come to Him with our sins.
